no carb diets stupid

No carb diets are probably the dumbest thing you can do to your body. If you don't eat carbs, and you exercise your body will then use protein for energy and your gains will atrophy. The carbs are burned for energy so they should be consumed through out the day, So they will be burned. After your done with your daily activities cut back on high carb foods. This is why it's good to eat 6 small meals instead of 3 large meals. Your body isn't meant to digest a ton of crab at once, but if you evenly distribute your proteins, vitamins ect. Your body will tolerate it much better. And overall you will just flat out feel better. Skipping meals is stupid!! NEVER SKIP MEALS! AND I mean NEVER. If you don't have anything in your body to workout, you wont see any gains. You are starving your body and your workout wont be as good and you will feel like shit. Your body needs nutrients. If your body doesn't have the nutrients then your body will go into starvation mode and will hold fat. Keep this in mind at all times. Thanks.

5 simple steps to burn calories and looking slim

1. Studies have shown that eating spicy foods can actually rev up your metabolic rate and cause more calories to be burned. So the next time you want to go out for Indian food, order spicy!

2. If you can eat small snacks like nuts, fruits, and veggies throughout the day, it will boost your metabolism and actually help you burn more calories.

3.  Walking is one of the most simple ways to burn some extra calories in our everyday lives. It's suggested that you spend at least 30 minutes everyday walking or doing some kind of exercise that keeps you moving!

4. A study showed that people who are deficient in vitamin D lost weight more slowly than those who had sufficient amounts in their systems. So start taking those vitamins!

5. People need sleep! If you don't get enough sleep, especially over long periods of time, the body's metabolism slows down (which means it's harder to burn calories). So make sure to treat yourself to a couple extra hours of sleep! (Most people should have between 7-9 hours a night).

you should feel this workout for sure! your arms should literally feel like there going to fall off and you wont want to move them for a few days. That's when you know you did it right!

Mr. Olympia

Phil Heath takes home his 2nd Mr.Olympia last Saturday. I was really pulling for Kai Greene because he's such an inspiration to me. Phil looked really good though and the Olympia could have definitely of gone either way. They all worked very hard and I can wait to see how next years Olympia will turn out!

triple drop sets

I feel triple drop sets are one of the most effective techniques to take your workouts to the next level. 

Triple drop sets coupled with partner assisted reps will provide maximum overload to the specific muscle group you are working on. If you have not read my previous articles pertaining to bodybuilding workouts, a triple drop set is when you warm up to your maximum poundage, (a weight you can perform for 6-8 reps) which you will do for a given number of reps, followed by a few partner assisted reps.
Immediately after this set you will drop the weight so that you will be able to continue the set for another 4-6 reps, followed by partner assisted reps. The weight is further reduced for your last set of 8-10 reps, followed by additional partner assisted reps. Employing this technique on a few exercises in your workout will increase the intensity of your workout drastically. It's easier said then done so get to it. You will feel a better pump and bigger burn.

I'm going to keep this short and straight to the point.
To start off this product is amazing! If you ever need a boost or a kick after a long night, just want to have an absolute brutal workout this is the product for you! After you pop the cap and take a swig of redline you will feel the energy! When I'm in the gym I feel very focused and feel like I can go for hours. This is a product that is definitely worth your hard earned cash!

Fat Burners:
Supplement Companies spend millions of dollars each year to have Professional Level physique athletes, who have dieted themselves into oblivion, have been colored up, shined up and subject to high level professional photography, stand in a magazine add touting the latest fat burner as being their key to success. If you're foolish enough to believe that, you and your money are better off apart anyway.

OTC fat burners are useless. People usually think they work because they are dieting while taking them and they see that they lost weight. Well, Holt S***! Isn't that a marvel of modern physiology. You ate less, worked out and lost weight. must be that hydroxycut you took.

Don't waste your money. The only metabolism altering drugs are not legal and, even if they were, have risks' and do nothing for you that a little extra diet time wont.
