my dream of traveling to iceland

I have always wanted to go to Iceland and I think it would be even better if I were able to do a photo shoot there! As a college student and paying for school and costs of living it's hard to be able to achieve this goal in a reasonable time. SO I'm starting a fund that will help me make this dream an reality! Anything helps even if it's just a dollar whatever is fine. Once I receive the funding for the trip through hard work and dedication as well as any fans or anyone who donates, I will do a daily update of photos and blog of my time there. I think this trip would be a memory to remember and the photos that the photographer and I get will capture great beauty! Once again thanks for anyone that contributes it means a lot to me! I hope everyone continues to follow my journey.
Thanks.

5 simple steps to burn calories and looking slim

1. Studies have shown that eating spicy foods can actually rev up your metabolic rate and cause more calories to be burned. So the next time you want to go out for Indian food, order spicy!

2. If you can eat small snacks like nuts, fruits, and veggies throughout the day, it will boost your metabolism and actually help you burn more calories.

3.  Walking is one of the most simple ways to burn some extra calories in our everyday lives. It's suggested that you spend at least 30 minutes everyday walking or doing some kind of exercise that keeps you moving!

4. A study showed that people who are deficient in vitamin D lost weight more slowly than those who had sufficient amounts in their systems. So start taking those vitamins!

5. People need sleep! If you don't get enough sleep, especially over long periods of time, the body's metabolism slows down (which means it's harder to burn calories). So make sure to treat yourself to a couple extra hours of sleep! (Most people should have between 7-9 hours a night).

Take advantage of these five easy steps to burning calories, Learn to rule your body with an iron fist! Take control of your life and what you can control. (eating habits, working out.)

a must buy

definitely give these shirts a try if you are looking for vnecks! They are a nice loose foot and very reasonable as far as price! Perfect for the gym or taking the lady for a night out on the town. I bought one in black and love the look and I think you would too!

Responsibility

Accept responsibility for your life. Know that it is you who will get you where you want to go, no one else.

negatives of caffeine

caffeine is a stimulus for the vagal receptors at the stomach, causing the sphincter muscles to work more and eventually become weakened. This allows acid reflux and can irritate the esophagus making it hard to swallow and bringing pain. It also increases acid secretion and if the lining of the stomach is weakened by some drugs and smoking etc , it can lead to peptic ulcers.

coconut water

Coconut water can be used (in emergencies) as a substitute for blood plasma.
The reason for this is that coconut water (the water found in coconuts – not to be confused with coconut milk, which comes from the flesh of the coconut) is sterile and has an ideal pH level. Coconut water is liquid endosperm – it surrounds the embryo and provides nutrition.

This couldn't be anymore true

8 by 8 challenge

The goal here is to do 8 sets of 8 heavy weight. Yes your arms will be screaming. Yes, it's going to hurt but the variation and stress this method put's on the muscles is amazing. 3-4 sets doesn't really do much unless you want to look average. Increase your sets and keep mixing it up. Heavy builds bigger muscle, more sets and heavy burns fat and builds muscle. Try and check your results. cheers.
I will have shirts up soon so check out my facebook page at www.facebook.com/aestheticaddictions
If I have ever inspired you, or ever motivated you in anyway, help me out and "like" my page.
Thank you.

Know your body

Anatomy & Physiology 101- The Cardiovascular System

The Human Body is without a doubt the most complex organism on this planet. It is absolutely fascinating how are bodies are designed and what they are capable of. To better explore our bodies I have decided to write a weekly blog about a different body part or system. Some may be very in depth, some may be in more “caveman terms” depending its usefulness of deeper knowledge. The first topic of choice is our cardiovascular system. The cardiovascular is comprised of the heart and two different networks of blood vessels; pulmonary circulation and systemic circulation.
