Ideas make the mind run wild

Lot's of stuff in the works, Lots of ideas. Maybe to many ideas. nah, One can never have to many ideas... I'm currently trying to gain weight while gaining as little fat as possible, so far I see great improvements in muscle mass. My goal ideal weight is to get up to about 210-220 while staying extremely fit with low BF percentage. You'll see why later on. As summer approaches I plan to get into some mixed martial art's and learn a few things there.

(for more reasons that will be explained at a later time) I'll be gearing up for another shoot as well as soon as school is completed this May, where I hope I'll FINALLY receive my diploma. (round of applause thank you, thank you don't wear yourself's out. you can sit down now. Once summer hit's I plan on getting certified in life guarding and hopefully will get good hours so I can chill pool side and cash 12.00$ an hour checks. Maybe toss some duck shit in the pool and shut it down. Then I can soak up the sun in peace and silence. It's nice to be king of the pool eh? Depending on how much weight I gain, i'll embark on another endeavour which will be announced at a later time. What do i plan on doing with my money? Well I plan on saving up, and getting the fuck out of Ohio as soon as possible. Where to you ask? Well I plan on going south. No income tax and plenty of sunshine. you all are probably wondering why the hell I would ever want to leave Ohio because it's so awesome and amazing. Well, nothing good ever happens in Ohio, The good "product's" of Ohio, get the fuck out of Ohio.

Summer is approaching fast

How is everyone doing?

We have been having some insane weather! I'm looking forward to spending a lot of time outside and working on my time! Tomorrow is supposed to be 80 so, I'm excited for that. although it's supposed to snow next week, but hey we can't have it our way all the time.

I got a lot of things to look forward to these coming weeks, such as school coming to a close in May, A behemoth concert which I believe will be wicked, minus traveling. Some shows that I'm looking at Not sure which one I'll do yet, but More than likely at least one over the summer. I'm also dabbling with getting into some other projects which I can't disclose yet.
Right now I'm trying to get up to 225 in weight, I'm currently about 193, while keeping lean muscle mass. (You will see why in the near future.

The ultimate warrior was found dead at the age of 54. He collapsed while walking with his wife. He was rushed to the hospital where he would be pronounced dead. This all happened just a few days after he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. A heart breaking loss for wrestling fans across the world. He wasn’t just a wrestler, but an all-around entrepreneur. He left not only a legacy behind, but his wife and two daughters. He was known for tenacity in the ring and his surreal bouts against the likes of Hulk Hogan. He’s even more known for having tag teamed with another wrestling legend Sting. Kale the Secret to Building Muscle

Some of you may be wondering about this new plant that has gained popularity the past few years that is Kale. Kale doesn't fit the description like most trends which aren't healthy at all, but are rather catabolic. Kale is high in Vitamin K, 1180%, 98.3% vitamin A, 71% vitamin C 27% magnesium and the list goes on for healthy benefits of Kale. (These are based on 130 grams of consumption and based on the 2000 calorie diet. ) Kale is truly a super vegetable, and makes an excellent snack. Go ahead and toss away your Lays chips and diet coke because the kale gravy train is coming through. The high amounts of antioxidants found in Kale are known to help prevent cancer. The two antioxidants are called carotenoids and flavonoids. These work together to form a “body armor” to protect the body from oxidative stress. If you didn't know cancer is formed by oxidative stress. Due to the high levels of vitamin K kale can also be used as an anti-inflammatory agent.

You may wonder how you select Kale from other green vegetables; well Kale is green but also has violet colored leaves. Be sure to select kale that’s fresh, if the leafs are starting to look crumbled and mushed then don’t buy it as it’s over stayed it’s store life. The longer the kale has been in the store the more bitter the taste will be. This brilliant plant can be either cooked or eaten straight out of the bag, I usually prefer to eat it straight out of the bag. The taste isn't all that bad, at least I don’t mind it. If you haven’t had kale I highly suggest that you try it out.

cellucor NO N-zero extreme REVIEW

I went to GNC after class with a friend of mine in search of "white flood", but settled with Cellucor. First off I've never used a Cellucor product, but saw this had the most sales and (gnc didn't carry white flood) so, I went ahead with NO N-zero extreme. Overall it's a decent product it, I got a sick pump with it, but my wallet got devastated for the pump. The product was 64$ and some change. Which is way to expensive for a 30 serving tub. Also there's not enough ingredients in it to do anything spectacular. I started off taking two scoops and felt pretty solid, nice pump, good energy and great focus. The taste was amazing it kind of tasted like the old "tang" drink. Overall I would give the product a 8/10 for the first day, I will continue to do a log until the tub is gone.

2014 ELITE workout challenge

Here's what you you gotta do to be considered an Aesthetic addictions elite.

Dedicate yourself to the gym. Yeah you hear it all the time, but how many people actually do it? It's always the same excuse. I'm buys, I got work. Health should always come before work! You can't work if your not healthy right? Even if you do you will be miserable. take 30 minutes out of your day at least 4 days a week and do some cardio vascular activity.


Commit to it! Don't just commit to the gym for a few weeks or months, KEEP DOING IT! This is what kills people with diets, they think once their off the diet they can eat whatever and they gave all the weight they lost back! It should be a no brainer, but it happens more often than not.

Third (this is the hard part.)

100 push ups when you wake up (this will speed up your metabalism)
100 regular sit ups
100 twists
100 planks
100 toe touches
100 squats.

This may seem like a lot, but you will thank me for it later.

Now have at it. and make it fun!
