Breakfast
2 8OZ chicken fillets
2 red bell peppers
2 cups of 8 0z coffee

Lunch

4 oz of water Mellon
1 banana
protein shake

Dinner
2 8OZ chicken fillet

8 OZ asparagus
8 OZ black beans

full salad.

3 key steps to weight loss

The three steps to losing weight are what people typically miss, and know it's not diet supplements or even joining a gym. The most important thing to losing weight is your attitude. If you are constantly doubting yourself then you will NEVER lose weight. It's simple psychologically really. Instead talk yourself up and tell yourself you will do it and you will with work lose it! Secondly write down your goals with DATES!!!! I Can not tell you enough how important this is. Buy a day planner or write your goals down in a journal, This way you will stay on top of things and find time to get what you need to get done, DONE! You will have better time management and will be able to prepare yourself better without being rushed etc. Third step is keep working at it and don't quit! Typically the average person quits their workout program after three months! The reason for this, is because they see results and think they will be okay. That is in fact not the case you must continue to workout and continue the healthy life style You can't just hop on board then hop off when you want. That's not how the body works. Now with that being said, I hope you change your attitude, be positive, become better, and ultimately achieve what you set out to do!

Life

It's truly amazing how many people go around accusing, assuming, and attacking others based on their own interpretations and not by what or who the person really is and or does! So many people seem to have such an issue with everything everyone else does, but they never take time to look at themselves and critic their own actions, thoughts, and feelings! Wouldn't it be amazing if people would worry about themselves, and stopped going around trying to make everyone else believe, think, and feel as they do (as if they are some God send to us all, and know the only way there is to find inner peace even though they themselves lack it)! So in other words worry about your freaking self, and stop assuming you know me or anyone for that matter! Maybe if we all started to worry about ourselves and leading by example (not just talking about it, and acting like we are), then others would follow too and we could begin to create the peace most of us seek. The only way peace will ever exist is once we start to worry about changing ourselves for the better, and then we can begin to change the world for the better by working together.
