Ultimate HOME made pre-workout drink WARNING VERY POTENT

Okay, so you guys want a secret to making your OWN pre-workout drink with a sick kick and cheap! Well then you are at the right place, I'll riddle off the things you need.

1. 8 oz coke
2. 4oz green tea
3. 2 cups of 8 oz black coffee
4. 1 tea spoon of honey
5. 1 table spoon of lemon juice

AND THAT'S ALL
you'll get an insane energy rush from the sugar and caffeine (this is for long strenuous workouts)

you should burn the quick hitting sugar carbs by the end of the workout. The coke increases alertness with the chemical stimulants in it.
Now be prepared to have some heavy weight bouncing off your chest.

your enemy

The only true enemy is within ourselves, and it hides very well and will fight to protect itself! All outward enemies are nothing more than projections of our internal one, so that we don't have to face our own selves and our ego!
Once you face this enemy you will face and overcome your fears, and then your heart will finally be truly free to love unconditionally!

Question

What is the best lifting exercise?

In my opinion the best lifting exercise is the dead lift because you are working your legs, core, and arms all in one!

where monsters are made!

''Nobody Is Perfect''...that's the excuse LOSERS hide behind when they can't achieve something or give up' cause they rather settle for less in life...
Truth Is everyone goes through difficult periods in life but despite all the negativity, they have the capacity to strive towards personal perfection...
So stop complaining and start working!

Quote Motivation

I don't compete against others. I am my biggest competition. You may say that means I can never lose, but for me,in my eyes,I can never win... I can train, strive, push & break boundaries but never can I truly win... Because if I did win,I will then have lost... JD 7/10/12
