Typical meal


Breakfast

4 eggs 
2 cups of coffee
vitamins
 bottle of water

Lunch

8oz chicken
spinach leafs 
watermellon
water

3rd meal/snack

protein bar
coffee

Dinner 
8oz steak or chicken
string beans
water

Before sleep/snack
banana
protein shake
vitamins
