Don't waste your time cardio.

Studies have shown that doing 4-6 sprints for 30 seconds at high intensity burns more fat than running for long distances. Be sure that you aren't wasting your time by going over board on cardio. If your doing cardio don't go any longer than 25 minutes.

triple drop sets

I feel triple drop sets are one of the most effective techniques to take your workouts to the next level. 

Triple drop sets coupled with partner assisted reps will provide maximum overload to the specific muscle group you are working on. If you have not read my previous articles pertaining to bodybuilding workouts, a triple drop set is when you warm up to your maximum poundage, (a weight you can perform for 6-8 reps) which you will do for a given number of reps, followed by a few partner assisted reps.
Immediately after this set you will drop the weight so that you will be able to continue the set for another 4-6 reps, followed by partner assisted reps. The weight is further reduced for your last set of 8-10 reps, followed by additional partner assisted reps. Employing this technique on a few exercises in your workout will increase the intensity of your workout drastically. It's easier said then done so get to it. You will feel a better pump and bigger burn.

The best times to take L-Carnitine are in the morning and right before you workout. Use natural amino acids to burn fat. Don't waste your money on other name brand substances that are way over priced.

Caffeine

All though a lot of people think caffeine is bad for you, It actually has a lot of good qualities and does a lot of great things for your body. Caffeine is a stimulant which actually promotes fat burning, thus why when you buy a fat burner the main ingredient is typically caffeine. Caffeine alone is it's compound form is much cheaper than buying a brand named fat burner which typically sells for 40-80 dollars depending on the brand. Caffeine is very cheap which is found in coffee and green tea. Both of these products are cheap and easy to access without investing a ton of money in a product that your unsure about. So next time you go to GNC or any supplement store read the labels and don't waste your money.

Review:
I'm going to keep this short and straight to the point.
To start off this product is amazing! If you ever need a boost or a kick after a long night, just want to have an absolute brutal workout this is the product for you! After you pop the cap and take a swig of redline you will feel the energy! When I'm in the gym I feel very focused and feel like I can go for hours. This is a product that is definitely worth your hard earned cash!

Do you do your cardio before or after your workout? Studies have shown that doing cardio after your workout will promote more human growth hormone and allow you to build more muscle than doing it before your workout. Not to mention you get a better lift since you have more energy and aren't as tired. DUH right? well people tend to do their workout earlier. Though it's good to get a nice run in early before your day starts. It is more beneficial to your body to get it done later after you do your workout. 

Doing (HIT) high intensity training your body also will see much better results such as more fat burning, more calories being burned, and more muscle mass being created. If you do long distance jogs you will not burn as much because your body will get used to the training and develop a tolerance overtime so it will take longer to burn fat and calories. Do what works best for you and what you feel, but personally I have seen much better results from sticking to these simple rules, but everybody s body is different.

Supplement Companies spend millions of dollars each year to have Professional Level physique athletes, who have dieted themselves into oblivion, have been colored up, shined up and subject to high level professional photography, stand in a magazine add touting the latest fat burner as being their key to success. If you're foolish enough to believe that, you and your money are better off apart anyway.

OTC fat burners are useless. People usually think they work because they are dieting while taking them and they see that they lost weight. Well, Holt S***! Isn't that a marvel of modern physiology. You ate less, worked out and lost weight. must be that hydroxycut you took.

Don't waste your money. The only metabolism altering drugs are not legal and, even if they were, have risks' and do nothing for you that a little extra diet time wont.

There is no angle, magic pill or salvation in a vial. Diet, training, consistency and patience. That is the only thing that works. If you don't believe that, prepare for failure.
